1. [Jiuquan City, Gansu Province] Ms. Pu Cuilan Arrested Again

Ms. Pu Cuilan and her husband from Xincheng District, were arrested once again on February 26, 2019.

Prior to the arrest, their identity cards were confiscated and they were not allowed to leave. They were interrogated for four hours and threatened to have their case sent to the Suzhou District Procuratorate. They were later released.

2. [Beijing] Mr. Tan Shouli Arrested

Mr. Tan Shouli was arrested at home by officers from the Chaoyang District Police Department and the Hepingdongjie Police Station on February 28, 2019. The police confiscated two laptop computers and some Falun Gong books and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Sun Yuping Detained

Ms. Sun Yuping was arrested and her home was ransacked by officers from the Yuelong Town Police Station on February 26, 2019. She was taken to the Ninghe District Detention Center that evening.

4. [Linquan County, Anhui Province] Two Practitioners Detained

Ms. Liu Guilan was arrested at the Fuyang Railway Station by officers from the Fuyang Railway Police Station on February 27, 2019. The police found paper bills in her purse which had Falun Gong messages on them. She was held at the Fuyang City Detention Center for 15 days.

On February 28, officers from the railway police station, Linquan County Domestic Security Division, and Linquan County Industrial Park Police Station broke into Ms. Liu's home and ransacked it. They confiscated computers.

Mr. Li Ming, from Luzhai Town, Linquan County, was recently arrested and held at the Linquan County Detention Center.

5. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Yujie Detained

Mr. Liu Yujie was arrested on February 19, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was held at a detention center and then sentenced to another detention term on March 1, 2019.

6. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Gang Sentenced

Ms. Li Gang, 76, from Shahekou District was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment by the district court. Ms. Li has appealed to the upper court.

Ms. Li was arrested on March 22, 2018. The details are being investigated.

She was previously arrested in 2016. After being held in a detention center for 80 days, she was released on the night of May 27, 2016, due to her physical condition.

7. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Mr. Jia Peifu Taken to Prison

Mr. Jia Peifu, 78, was tried on October 27, 2016 because of his belief in Falun Dafa. He was sentenced to 18 months of imprisonment in 2017. Because of his poor health he was not taken to prison at that time.

His relatives and friends did not see him for several months in 2018. When they asked around, they learned that Mr. Jia had been arrested and taken to Dashaping Prison in Lanzhou City in November 2018.

8. [Shizhuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Mr. Huang Yunlong Sentenced

It was recently learned that Mr. Huang Yunlong, around 65 years old, was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment by the Dawukou District Court in November or December 2018.

Mr. Huang was tortured when he was held in Shizhuishan No. 1 Detention Center. He urinated blood and could not eat. At one point he was on the verge of death. He was released on bail for medical treatment at the end of July 2018.

He has lost the ability to walk and cannot take care of himself. Despite his poor physical condition the police continue to go to his home and harass him.
