(Minghui.org) I am 50 years old. Last October, I began to have abdominal and back pain, a distended abdomen, and a dark yellow complexion. I also often had a fever and noticed I began losing weight.
My husband took me to the county hospital for an exam. The results indicated I had pancreatic cancer. I had heard that this was the worst of all cancers, so I nearly collapsed when given the diagnosis.
My physical condition deteriorated rapidly, walking was difficult. My weight decreased from 130 lbs to 100 lbs.
I was advised to have surgery as soon as possible and was warned that my chances for a cure were slim. I had the surgery on November 1.
Afterward, my relatives and friends heard about my condition they came to visit me.
A Relative Tells Me about Falun Dafa
A relative who was practicing Falun Dafa told me, “If you can sincerely repeat, ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ you will receive blessings. It may even help your recovery.”
She told me about cases where critically ill patients recovered after repeating those words. Then she told me that Falun Dafa had spread to more than 80 countries and regions in the world. This surprised me.
Deep in my heart, I knew that there was nothing wrong with Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. I began to see a glimmer of hope, a light in the darkness! I told her I would repeat those words out loud and silently in my heart. I also decided to distance myself from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) by withdrawing from its organizations.
Believing In Dafa
During my hospital stay, I continued to repeat, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
Every day, I felt my pain lessen, and my appetite increase. I began to gain weight, and my complexion improved. I was full of hope!
The doctors were all surprised at how quickly I was recovering. I knew it was Dafa that saved me.
After I returned home, my relative came to see me again and gave me an audio player to listen to Master Li Hongzhi's Fa lectures. I listened more and more every day!
One day, I came down with a fever and worried if I was sick again. Immediately afterward, I had the thought that my body was being purified. The fever lasted three days and was gone; I have not had one since.
My Miraculous Recovery
I went once a month to Jinan for chemotherapy. On my third visit, the person in front of me asked if I was holding someone else's place in line. I replied, “No, I am the patient.”
She said: “You do not look like a patient. Everyone else is thin, with a yellow complexion, losing hair and looking forlorn. You look radiant! How can you be a patient?”
After that chemotherapy treatment, I went for an exam and was told: “This is incredible. We really cannot believe that the cancer cells are all gone. Your pancreatic cancer is completely cured and so fast! It is a miracle!”
Now all the symptoms of my illness are gone, and I no longer need any more treatments or medication.
I am extremely fortunate. Master Li Hongzhi saved me.
