1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Lin Held in Custody

Ms. Yang Lin’s husband received a notice of her criminal detention from the Binjiang District Police Department, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, on September 10, 2019. Ms. Yang, 39, from Dalian City, had been placed under criminal detention and was being held at the Binjiang District Detention Center.

Ms. Yang worked at the Dalian Branch of China Southern Airlines and was transferred to a position in Hangzhou in 2016.

2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Dong Wenxiu and Ms. Wang Shulan were arrested on September 11, 2019. Ms. Wan Fang was arrested by officers from the Railway Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of September 11.

3. [Tianjin] Ms. Yang Daixiu and Mr. Zhou Hongli Arrested

Ms. Yang Daixiu, 68, from the Bohai Petroleum family quarters, Binhai New Area, was arrested by several police officers on the evening on September 7, 2019. She is being held in the Binhai New Area No. 1 Detention Center.

Mr. Zhou Hongli was arrested by officers from the Dayingmen Police Station on September 8, 2019. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated several books.

4. [Shanwei City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Axiu Arrested

A female practitioner named Axiu, from Haicheng Town, Haifeng County, was arrested at home by officers from the Haifeng County Domestic Security Division, the Longjin Police Station, and personnel from the Haicheng Town No.2 Sub-district on the evening of August 13, 2019.

5. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Huiyun Held in Custody

Ms. Zhang Huiyun from Daxing District was arrested at home by officers from the Yinghai Police Department and the Fengtai District Police Department on September 5, 2019. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated a printer, a computer, and Falun Dafa books.

Ms. Zhang’s non-practitioner husband was also arrested. He was released the following day. Ms. Zhang is being held in the Fengtai District Police Department.

6. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhao Peiyuan Arrested

Mr. Zhao Peiyuan, in his 40s, from Zhangdian Township, Tanghe County, was arrested in the early morning on August 30, 2019.

Mr. Zhao was repeatedly sent to forced labor camps, sentenced to prison, and dismissed from public office for practicing Falun Gong. He now does odd jobs for a living in Nanyang City.

7. [Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wu Qiuqin Taken into Custody

Ms. Wu Qiuqin was arrested on August 30, 2019. She was taken to the Wuxi City No. 2 Detention Center the following day.

8. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Song Liqin and Ms. Zhu Xianggui were arrested and taken to the Development Zone Police Department on September 11, 2019. The officers ransacked their homes and confiscated Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Officers from the Development Zone Police Department tracked down the location of Mr. Gong Jianjiang, when he was making phone calls to tell others about Falun Gong. The officers arrested him at home in the Nanhujingyuan Residential Community on the morning of September 11, 2019. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, a cell phone, and Falun Dafa books.

9. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhou Dingchun Arrested

Ms. Zhou Dingchun, 78, was arrested at home by four officers from the Chengxi Police Station, Xinjin County, on the morning of August 15, 2019. The officers took pictures of and ransacked her home. Ms. Zhou was taken to the police station for interrogation, and was released that afternoon.

10. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Shifen Held in Custody

Ms. Du Shifen was held in the Pudong Detention Center.

11. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Shurong Held in Custody

Ms. Liu Shurong and her husband were arrested at the train station when they took the train to visit her brother in Shenyang City on the evening of September 3, 2019. Informational materials about Falun Dafa was found on the couple. They are being held in a detention center.

12. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Peng Shuzhen Arrested

Ms. Peng Shuzhen was arrested when she talked to people about Falun Gong on the morning of September 11, 2019. After making inquiries, her family learned that she had been taken to a location in the Muping District, Yantai City.

13. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Six Practitioners Arrested

Songyuan City police arrested several practitioners on September 11, 2019 in a coordinated campaign. Those who were arrested include: Mr. Li Dongjun, his wife Ms. Huang Xiuhua, and their daughter-in-law Ms. Yu Wei from the No. 9 Team in Hongguang Farm; Ms. Li Liyan, Ms. Yang Liyan, and her non-practitioner husband Mr. Chen Hailin from the No. 6 Team.

Ms. Yu was held in the Qianguo County Detention Center. Ms. Huang was held in the Songyuan City Detention Center.

14. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Feng Chunying Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Feng Chunying was given a two-year prison term on September 10, 2019.

15. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Jia Zhaode Taken into Custody

Mr. Jia Zhaode was taken to the Dezhou City Detention Center on September 3, 2019.

16. [Anyang County, Henan Province] Ms. He Liandi Held in Custody

Ms. He Liandi, 70, from Baibi Town, was arrested on a bus on her way to visit relatives in Hebei Province on September 6, 2019. She was found to have a Falun Dafa book. She is being held in the Anyang County Detention Center.

17. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Li Baozhen and Mr. Liu Liangsong Held in Custody

Officers from the Dapu Street Police Station arrested Ms. Li Baozhen from Hengdong County. Ms. Li is being held in the Hengyang City Detention Center.

Mr. Liu Liangsong from Hengyang County was arrested and is being held in the Hengyang County Detention Center.

18. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xu Xiuying and Ms. Zhang Xiujuan Detained

Three plainclothes officers from the Xiguan Police Station broke into Ms. Xu Xiuying’s home in Yaotou Residential Community, Liquang Sub-district, on the morning of August 7, 2019. They took Ms. Xu to the police station, handcuffed her, and placed her in solitary confinement. They returned to her home and ransacked it. Ms. Xu and Ms. Zhang Xiujuan were handcuffed together and taken to the Gaomi City Detention Center for five days of detention.

19. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Song Jinyuan Held in Custody

Mr. Song Jinyuan, in his 50s, was arrested by officers from the Liuxiang Police Station, Yingze District, around September 6, 2019. He is being held in the Taiyuan City No. 2 Detention Center.
