(Minghui.org) One night I felt good after I submitted an experience-sharing article to the Minghui website. Then, I browsed The Epoch Times website for a while. The next time I looked at the clock it was already 2:30 a.m.. I quickly set my alarm clock for 3:30 a.m. and fell asleep.
When the alarm went off, my head was dizzy, and I felt sleepy. I wondered: how can I practice the Dafa exercises feeling this way? Although I knew that Dafa's exercises are more restorative than sleep, a strong sleepiness completely filled my head, which was almost uncontrollable. I reset my alarm for 5:50 a.m. and fell back to sleep.
When the alarm started sounding, my head was still dizzy. I tried to wake up, barely sent forth righteous thoughts, set the alarm again for work, and got back in bed. Lying in bed, I felt awkward and uncomfortable. I couldn’t fall asleep, but I stayed in bed until the alarm went off. Throughout the entire morning at work, I felt foggy-headed, and was sleepy.
I went home during my lunch break. After sending forth righteous thoughts for the 12 o’clock time, I debated whether I should catch up on my sleep or do the Dafa exercises. I decided to do the second exercise. Afterwards, I felt refreshed, comfortable, and energetic.

Cultivation will not have manifestations beyond the state of ordinary people. If you act like a regular person, you will encounter interference instantly. At that time, righteous thoughts are especially important. With righteous thoughts in mind and doing everything according to Dafa, you will quickly eliminate the interference.
