(Minghui.org) It was frigid last October when the temperature suddenly dropped. When two Falun Dafa practitioners were out distributing calendars and booklets, a man started to take photos of them with his mobile phone.

The two women were bundled up, so the man had to get up close to get a good look at their faces. When they asked him to stop, he got angry and snatched a bag from one of them. He told her he was going to call the police.

The bag was full of booklets and New Year's calendars with Falun Dafa information on them. The women fought to get it back, but the man held on tightly. They struggled for several minutes, until several people came over and yelled at the man to let go. “Why are you being such a bully? You should be ashamed of yourself,” they said. One of the men reached over to take the bag away from him.

Now the man was scared and let go. The man who rescued the bag gave it back to the women and advised them to gather their things and leave.

The practitioners thanked everyone for their help and quickly left. As they walked away, they looked back and could see the group still scolding the man.

After safely returning home, one of the practitioners remembered that she knew the man who had rescued their bag. A few years before, he’d had a tumor on his face. He sought treatment at a hospital but saw that people with the same symptoms had relapsed after surgery. Surgery, however, seemed the only option. He did not know what to do and was distressed.

At that time, he met a practitioner who told him about Falun Dafa. The practitioner also told him that he would have good fortune if he repeated: “Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He did as he was encouraged and the tumor soon disappeared and never recurred.

He was thrilled and told everyone he knew about his experience. Many people then began to ask practitioners for booklets that explained the truth about Dafa. This was why he did not hesitate to come to their rescue.
