(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 12 cities or counties in seven provinces, where at least 14 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.
Ms. Li Meijuan and Ms. Wang Meixiang, from Yunshan Town, were arrested by officers from the Yunshan Police Station on February 11, 2020. Their homes were ransacked.
Ms. Li Yaping was arrested by officers from the Jinshan Police Station on March 4, 2020, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her computer, Falun Gong books, and informational materials were confiscated. She was later released.
Mr. Li Feng, who works for the Yingchun Railway Freight, was arrested at his workplace by officers from the Yingchunlinye Domestic Security Division on March 7, 2020. The police ransacked his home that afternoon.

Ms. Yi Shurong was photographed and followed in mid-February 2020 while distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was arrested by officers from the Tianta Police Station a few days later.
Mr. Huang Liansheng, in his 60s, was arrested on February 28, 2020. His home was ransacked, and computers, Falun Dafa books, USB flash drives, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and informational materials were confiscated.
Mr. Huang was taken to a provincial hospital that evening, but was released when he failed the physical exam.
He was arrested again on March 2, and is being held in the Nanjing City Detention Center.
Mr. Yang Yudong, from Yangshulinzi Village, was arrested by officers from the Jiuzhai Township Police Station on February 4, 2020. His home was ransacked.
Ms. Wang Qiudong was arrested by officers from the Lianglukou Police Station on February 28, 2020, for posting stickers containing information about the persecution of Falun Gong.
She was taken to the police station and interrogated. Officers later ransacked her home, and confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, the book Zhuan Falun, and other personal belongings.
Ms. Wang was taken to a county hospital for a CT scan, before being taken to the Hengshan County Police Department. She had her fingerprints taken, was forced to give a blood sample, had her hands and feet cuffed, and was tied to an iron chair torture device. She was released that evening.

Mr. Tian Hui, from the Pudongxin District, was arrested by officers from the Yangpu District Police Department on February 4, 2020. A document approving the arrest was issued on March 6. Mr. Tian is being held in the Yangpu Detention Center.
Ms. Wang Yujie and another practitioner with the last name of Wang were arrested on March 6, 2020, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police took them to a police station, and then ransacked Ms. Wang Yujie's home. They confiscated Falun Gong books, an audio player, all of their cash, paper bills, and keepsakes which had information about Falun Gong on them.
Ms. Wang was held in the station for more than 12 hours, before being released. She was threatened with a prison sentence. The other practitioner is still being detained.
Ms. Liu Hongwei, from Gaoyang County, was arrested by officers from the Gaoyang Domestic Security Division and Jinhuajiedao Police Station on February 28, 2020, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police ransacked her home, and confiscated Falun Gong books, an audio player, and paper bills which had information about Falun Gong printed on them.
Ms. Liu was released on bail that evening, pending trial.

Ms. Li Jiuping, 57, was arrested at home by plainclothes officers from the Bailuhu Police Station, Qingjiangpu District 610 Office, and the Domestic Security Division on February 7, 2020. Her home was ransacked, and Falun Gong books and other personal belongings were confiscated. Ms. Li was taken to the police station and threatened with eight days of detention.
However, the detention center refused to accept her when they found that her body temperature was 39.5 degrees Celsius (103.1 degrees Fahrenheit). She was released that evening.
