(Minghui.org) I have been producing Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials for 18 years. I would like to share how the Dafa practitioners in our area have worked together as one body during the ravages of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus (Wuhan pneumonia).
Distributing Truth Clarification Materials Before Communities Closed
On the second day of the Chinese New Year, my husband and I rode our motorcycle to our hometown and persuaded several people to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. We returned home the same day. By then, road closures had already begun.
On the third day of the New Year, a practitioner approached me and said, “Minghui.org has published articles about the pandemic. Let's use these articles to make truth-clarification materials for distribution.”
Before the New Year, I had purchased five boxes of paper, so I replied, “I saw that, too. Let's use two boxes of paper.” I printed the articles “The Person Who is Not Afraid of the Pandemic,” “The Enemy of Disease, Plague, and Disaster,” and several others. We soon distributed two boxes’ worth of information.
Then we used two more boxes of paper, and the practitioners in our county worked together to distribute that information. A few days before the communities were closed, I only had one box of paper left. However, another practitioner produced three boxes of materials, which brought our total to nearly 16,000 brochures. Some practitioners heard positive feedback from recipients, such as, “I read all the informational materials you sent.”
We only had one box of paper left, and the malls and shops were closed. I wondered what I should do. Then the communities closed one after another. So the boxes of paper we’d purchased were just enough. Thank you, Master!
Our county is relatively small. For several years, we sent righteous thoughts together every Sunday afternoon. At two, three, and four p.m., we sent righteous thoughts for half an hour and then shared our thoughts and experiences for the second half-hour. We have two groups, with more than 20 practitioners in each, and this has helped us learn from each other.
Rescuing Practitioners
A few days before the Chinese New Year, while we were distributing informational materials at the fair, a practitioner told me, “The police have surrounded Adam.” We went to search for him but didn't find him. I thought he might have been arrested, so I rode my electric bike to his house. I hadn't been there before and didn't know his family, but I knew that the Dafa books in his house had to be moved.
With Master's blessing, I found his house and saw his daughter cleaning the yard outside. I said to her, “I was told this is Adam's house.” After I explained the situation, I packed the books and moved them and some truth-clarification materials to another practitioner's home nearby.
We looked everywhere for Adam and finally found him that afternoon at a police station. Another practitioner, Bill, had also been arrested.
We sent forth righteous thoughts together while Bill's wife went to the police station to demand that her husband be released immediately. Bill came home that night.
By eight or nine that evening, Adam's family still hadn't gone to the police station. We discussed what we should do. One practitioner suggested that we should go. It was a good idea. Four practitioners went to the police station and demanded that Adam be released. The police wouldn't release him, however, and the practitioners returned home after eleven that night.
Early the next day, practitioners went to the police station again to send righteous thoughts nearby. Adam was transferred to a detention center, but the practitioners didn't give up. They went to the detention center to send righteous thoughts. At around four that afternoon, Adam was released.
Another practitioner, Clare, was seen on a surveillance camera distributing truth-clarification materials in a residential community. She was picked up and taken to the police station. We went to the police station right away and sent righteous thoughts nearby. Clare's son was waiting for his mother at the police station and came out to speak to us from time to time. We encouraged him not to be afraid and told him that Clare hadn't done anything wrong. Everyone except Clare went home at 11:30 that night.
The next day, we went to the police station again. The police videotaped us, but no one was afraid. That afternoon, Clare's son came out of the police station again and said, “The police have decided to detain Clare for two weeks.” But we all agreed that what the police said didn't count and, half an hour later, Clare walked out of the station. There have been a few more cases like that. I realized that the collective body of practitioners is powerful. As long as Dafa disciples cooperate with each other, form one body, and hold strong righteous thoughts, Master can help.
