(Minghui.org) For many years, the Xiaojun Brainwashing Center in Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province, has actively participated in the persecution of Falun Gong. Practitioners detained here are forced to watch propaganda videos smearing their faith and ordered to renounce it. Those who refuse to comply are deprived of sleep, beaten, verbally abused or forced to stand for long hours.

Below are recent persecution cases of three practitioners.

Mr. Ying Zhenqiang was taken to the brainwashing center in late August 2021 and held there for a month. This is the second time he was jailed there. After a previous one-month detention at the brainwashing center in 2016, he was transferred to the detention center and later given 2.5 years of probation.

Ms. Wang Shuwan was also taken to the brainwashing center in late August 2021. She developed high blood pressure and was released four days later.

Ms. Shen Meizhen was taken there in early September 2021. She was deprived of sleep and constantly verbally abused. She developed high blood pressure during the one-month incarceration. She has now been released.
