(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners gathered at the Garibaldi Square, in Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, to raise awareness about Falun Dafa and the persecution in China, and collect signatures on February 27, 2021.
After displaying banners, posters and setting up an information booth at Garibaldi Square, practitioners demonstrated the five sets of Dafa exercises. Many onlookers were attracted by the peacefulness of the exercises and took informational materials. Some voluntarily signed the petition which appealed to the Italian government to stop the CCP from persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.

A couple who stopped to learn about the persecution said: “Communism and the CCP have become a threat to the world.” They signed the petition and expressed their support and gratitude for Falun Dafa practitioners’ peaceful demonstrations.
A young man was in disbelief when he learned about organ harvesting from living Falun Dafa practitioners. Before signing the petition he said: “The CCP lacks any morality.”
A group of young women passed by the information booth and listened to a Falun Dafa practitioner telling them about the ongoing persecution in China. One of the women said: “It is very important for our generation to know about the brutal and evil persecution. We need to prevent it from happening again.”
Monica, a new Falun Dafa practitioner and a doctor from Montserrat, shared her experiences after the event ended. Monica always asked herself what the true meaning and purpose of life was in the past, and believed that there were higher principles in life. After watching Master’s lectures, she was very touched and felt that she had finally found the goal she had been looking for throughout her life. Monica stated that she will attend the next group event to raise awareness and dutifully accomplish what a Dafa disciple should do.
