(Minghui.org) To celebrate the upcoming 22nd World Falun Dafa Day, the Minghui Editorial Board hereby calls for submissions of articles and artwork such as photography, music, painting, poems, and calligraphy from Dafa disciples in China and other countries around the world. The purpose is to bear witness to the wonderfulness of Dafa disciples cultivating under the guidance of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, to attest to the compassionate sacrifice made by Master Li Hongzhi for Dafa disciples and the world’s people. This will bring facts and hope to more people for them to come to know Falun Dafa.
The intended audience is people from all walks of life and fellow practitioners. Therefore, the wording, sentence structure, logic, commentaries, and illustrations in the submissions should be geared towards non-practitioners and easy to follow, understand and accept. Artistic creations should articulate a clear theme and be produced with traditional techniques.
During this eventful, dharma-ending era, we are facing an intense battle between good and evil, in which Dafa disciples are the hope for people to be saved. Every practitioner who cultivates solidly would have many good stories in daily life, at work, and during the fulfillment of his or her mission. These stories have recorded how kindness has changed our lives and uplifted our minds. Even though some incidents may seem trivial, they are testimonies of how cultivation in Dafa has improved our morality, mind and body, along with our wisdom and capabilities. By sharing these experiences in language that is easy to understand, we would cherish the cultivation opportunities even more, and remind ourselves to remain diligent just like when we first started to cultivate. This would also help more people to see what Dafa is and align them with “Falun Dafa is good” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
We hope all readers will enthusiastically participate and send in your submissions as soon as possible. Like previous celebrations, the number of submissions to be published and publishing dates are based on the quality of the submissions received.
For authors in mainland China, please provide your alias, gender, age, occupation, province of residence, and the size and medium of your work. Authors living outside China should clearly state your name, occupation, place of residence, email address, phone number, and the size and medium of your work.
Please email your submissions to fahui@minghui.org and indicate “World Falun Dafa Day Submission” in the email subject.
