(Minghui.org) My brother-in-law was a personal assistant to an official during the reign of former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) head Jiang Zemin. The official was said to be at the deputy state level and actually held a position of great power.
As someone who worked for that official, my brother-in-law had the power to easily mobilize dozens of police cars. Many people came to him for help, including celebrities and government officials of all levels.
The first time I met my brother-in-law, I knew that he was familiar with the Central Committee and its members and their inner workings, so I skipped the truth-clarification step and asked him directly if he’d quit the CCP and its two youth organizations, adding, “Are you aware of the bad things the Chinese Communist Party has done?”
“Yes, I am,” he replied with all due seriousness.
He also knew about the Tiananmen self-immolation hoax that was staged to give Falun Gong a bad name. When I asked him to quit the CCP given all the horrible things it has done, he readily agreed.
The next day, after our family meal, he came over to me, held onto my arm, and said, “Hey, did you help me quit the CCP?”
I told him I did, but he reiterated, “Don’t forget to help me quit.”
“Don't worry, I already did.”
“Really? You sure?” He was still not certain.
“Yes, yes. I assure you, I did.”
He knew that I practice Falun Gong. He enjoyed talking with me and we always had a lot to talk about. I didn't need to clarify the truth to him, as he knew about all the crimes the CCP has committed.
I once reminded him not to talk about sensitive things on the phone, as it’s likely monitored, especially for those top officials and people like him who have access to them. He nodded and said he knew that he had been monitored once.
While the CCP is using all kinds of propaganda to brainwash the general public, those inside the government know the truth and are very concerned about being implicated when the CCP one day collapses.
