(Clearwisdom.net) Augsburg is the second oldest city in Germany. It has a history of over 2000 years and is the only city in Germany with its own official holiday, Augsburg Peace Day. Falun Gong practitioners in Augsburg hold an "Information Day" every month to tell the residents and tourists about the persecution of Falun Gong in China.
On November 7, 2009, at a busy street corner in Augsburg, practitioners set up a table with informational materials on the practice. They demonstrated the five exercises as well. They tried to tell people about the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong that has lasted ten years in China.
Accompanied by the relaxing, graceful music, their demonstration of the sitting meditation drew the attention of many passersby. The practitioners' perseverance in exposing the persecution have allowed more and more people to understand what happens to practitioners in China.

A father patiently explained to his children about the persecution while they stood in front of and read the displays. Later that day, they came back. When a practitioner asked whether he needed further information, the father smiled and said, "I need to answer more of the children's questions."
Karin, a Christian, told a practitioner that she knew very well how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) suppresses different beliefs, including Falun Gong. She stressed the importance of belief and freedom. After signing the petition to protest the persecution, she talked to those who were reading the displays about the persecution.

Two German girls biked past the table, and they stopped to find out what the persecution was all about. When they learned about the organ removal from living practitioners, they signed the petition.
Mr. Martin was not interested in Falun Dafa until after a practitioner told him about the brutal torture of practitioners in China. He accepted the materials and signed the petition.
Rebekka asked the practitioners, "How can I help?" She signed the petition and said, "This is very important!"
