(Clearwisdom.net) (Correspondent from Wuhan City) At approximately 10:00 a.m. on August 19, 2009, Hu Shuzhi, chief of the Huangpi District 610 Office led more than a dozen agents from the 610 Office, the Domestic Security Division of the Huangpi District Public Security Department and the Qianchuan Street Police Station, and broke into Ms. Li Juhua's home. They came in three cars, searched Ms. Li's home and then arrested her. Her family members were worried about her safety and wanted to send her clothes and other daily necessities. They used the address on the detainment certificate issued by the Huangpi District Public Security Department and went to the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center, the Women's Detention Center, the Women's Prison as well as several brainwashing centers in Wuhan City in an attempt to find Ms. Li, but with no success. In the afternoon on August 26, 2009, after searching for more than a week, and with the help from some kindhearted people, Ms. Li's family finally found her. She was being held at the Erdaopeng Brainwashing Center by the 610 Office.

On September 2, 2009, Ms. Li's family received more news. Officers from the Huangpi District Public Security Department told the Qianchuan Neighborhood Committee that, "Li Juhua is 'sick' in the center," and asked the family to give back the detainment certificate. Within 13 days, Ms. Li, a healthy person, had been persecuted to near death.

In the afternoon on September 3, 2009, Ms. Li's daughter went to the Erdaopeng Brainwashing Center to visit her mother. The guard kept her from putting even one foot inside the gate. Ms. Li's daughter said, "My mother is sick. Why can't I just have a look at her?" The guard replied: "If you want to see her, go ask the Huangpi 610 Office and the Public Security Department."
