1. [Chongqing] Mr. Luo Piping Besieged at Home for Seven Days
Liang Shibin and other policemen from the Jiangbei District Police Department have besieged Mr. Luo Piping at his home for seven days. They intended to take him to the Chongqing 610 Office for brainwashing.

3. [Weifang, Shandong Province] Ms. Yan Zhaoyun Arrested

4. [Guangzhou, Guangdong Province] Ms. Tang Xiurong Taken to the Guangzhou Brainwashing Center
The Guangzhou Forced Labor Committee sentenced Ms. Tang Xiurong to 18 months in a forced labor camp on July 13, 2011. She is being detained in the Guangzhou Brainwashing Center.

7. [Junan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Lixia Arrested
Ms. Zhao Lixia talked to people about Falun Gong near the Junan Second People's Hospital on the afternoon of July 17, 2011. Ma Zongtao and other officers from the local 610 Office arrested her and ransacked her home. She is being detained in the local detention center.
8. [Zunhua, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Lisheng Taken to the Zunhua Brainwashing Center
Mr. Liu Lisheng is a retired official of the Propaganda Department in Zunhua. He was reported to police and arrested while talking to people about Falun Gong in Beijing on June 23, 2011. He was then transferred to Zunhua on July 11, 2011. He is being detained in the Zunhua Brainwashing Center.
9. [Linqing, Shandong Province] Ms. Cao Chuanping Arrested
The Linqing Domestic Security agents arrested Ms. Cao Chuanping on July 14, 2011. She was released the next day after her family paid 500 yuan.
10. [Zhongxiang, Hubei Province] Ms. Lu Xiaoyan and Ms. Cui Ronghua Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor
Ms. Lu Xiaoyan (59 years old) and Ms. Cui Ronghua (63 years old) from the Jingxiang Phosphate Mine in Zhongxiang, went to Banzhu Village, Shuanghe Town, Zhongxiang, and talked to people about Falun Gong on June 12, 2011. They were reported to the police by Sun Guangyuan, Deputy Director of Banzhu Village and were arrested. They were transferred to the Zhongxiang First Detention Center and detained there for 12 days. Ms. Lu went on a hunger strike as a protest. The guards were afraid of taking responsibility and asked her family to pick her up on June 24, 2011.
On July 5, 2011, Guo Tao from the Huanghe Town Police Station along with Li Haibo, sent them the Forced Labor Sentence Documents from the Jingmen Forced Labor Administration Committee, sentencing Ms. Lu Xiaoyan and Ms. Cui Ronghua to one year of forced labor.

11. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Shan Shuhua Arrested
Ms. Shao Shuhua from Xinhua Town, Acheng, was suddenly arrested by officers from the Xinhua Police Station on the way to pick up her child on the morning of July 18, 2011. She was sent to the Acheng Detention Center.

12. [Linxi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Fang Fengmei Arrested
Ms. Fang Fengmei from Duwa Village, Linxi was arrested by officers from the Linxi Domestic Security Team and the Linxi 610 Office at the end of June 2011.

Mr. Qiu Zhumin was arrested at the Daping Market in Yuzhong District on the morning of July 17, 2011. He is being detained in the Yuzhong Brainwashing Center.
14. [Kuancheng, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Cuiying Arrested Again
Ms. Wang Cuiying from Xiliyuan Village, Dashizhuzi Township, Kuancheng, was arrested again at noon on July 12, 2011. She had just been released less than two months ago and had been detained in a forced labor camp for 18 months.

15. [Yutian County, Hebei Province] Ms. Mo Meirong Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Officers from the Chaoluowo Township Police Station illegally searched Ms. Mo Meirong’s home in Dongdanzhuang at noon on June 9, 2011. Ms. Mo was taken to the police station and then transferred to the Yutian Detention Center that afternoon. After being detained for 15 days, she was sent to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term.

Xie Jin, Party Secretary of the Shaanxiguang Community, Jingyang Neighborhood Office in Jingyang District, Deyang, took Mr. Xie Wenmo to a brainwashing center on the morning of July 5, 2011.

17. [Chongqing] Mr. Yao Peisheng Arrested
Mr. Yao Peisheng from Jiangbei District was taken away by plainclothes police while he went grocery shopping on the morning of July 15, 2011. He is being detained in the brainwashing class which is held in Pinganshanzhuang, Tieshanping National Defense Base.
18. [Chongqing] Ms. Xiong Yuzhen Arrested
At noon on July 18, 2011, Ms. Xiong Yuzhen, from Jiangbei District, was taken away by two people at the entrance to the residential area where she lives. Her whereabouts are unknown.
19. [Haiyang, Shandong Province] Ms. Liang Yaomin Taken to the Zhaoyuan Brainwashing Center after Being Detained in Prison for Four Years
Ms. Liang Yaomin was sent to a forced labor camp in 2000. She was sentenced to four years in prison in 2007. She was supposedly released in the middle of July 2007, however, Yu Zhenggao, Chief of the Haiyang 610 Office, had taken her away in advance and sent her to the Zhaoyang Brainwashing Center.
20. [Zhoukou, Henan Province] Ms. Wang Xuerong and Three Other Practitioners Arrested
On July 14, 2011, Ms. Wang Xuerong, Ms. Hu Keying, Ms. He Chen and Ms. Gao Ming were taken away from their homes. Ms. Hu is being detained in the Xihua County Detention Center. Ms. Wang, Ms. He and Ms. Gao are being detained in the Zhoukou Detention Center.
21. [Wuxi, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Shi Bingjun Arrested
Mr. Shi Bingjun was arrested by about thirty Chengdu plainclothes policemen while he was staying in Jiujiang, Chengdu, on June 9, 2011. He was transferred to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
22. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Chunying Severely Persecuted
Ms. Liu Chunying was severely persecuted in the Yaojia Detention Center. She cannot walk normally and she cannot straighten her back. She was ofttimes dragged into the interrogation room by two guards.
23. [Guanghan, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yan Faying Sentenced to Three Years in Detention
Ms. Yan Faying, 60 years old, was arrested while talking to people about Falun Gong on September 16, 2010. She was tortured both physically and mentally in the detention center. She had symptoms of sudden hypertension. The police were afraid of taking responsibility and released her on June 30, 2011. However, Ms. Yan was sentenced to three years in detention to be served outside of the prison due to her condition.

24. [Yancheng, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Qian Fengcheng Arrested
Ms. Qian Fengcheng was taken away from her home by officers from the Wenfeng Police Station on July 10, 2011. Her whereabouts are unknown.
25. [Huangshi, Hubei Province] Ms. Xie Xiufang Arrested in Beijing
Ms. Xie Xiufang was arrested by officers from the Dongxiaokou Police Station while distributing Falun Gong materials in Chengping District, Beijing, at the end of May 2011. She was transferred somewhere else after being detained in a brainwashing center. Her whereabouts are unknown.
