(Minghui.org) Master recommends that practitioners study the teachings of Falun Dafa to facilitate improvement. Local practitioners have persevered in maintaining our cultivation environment, and are doing the three things well.
Only two people were attending our Fa study at first, but our small group soon grew to ten people. Most of us work for the same company, so we are able to study the Fa during our lunch breaks.
We were initially not a stable group. Some came late, and others stopped coming after just a few days. However, after a period of Fa study, we all improved our xinxing, were able to measure up with the Fa's standards, and fewer problems surfaced.
After each Fa study session, we discussed when we would meet again. We decided, as a group, on a Fa study location, time, and what we would like to cover. For our own safety, we used our phones to contact each other as little as possible. After Fa study we decided on our roles, and divided truth clarifying materials among us. We varied the place we studied every week, and stayed flexible with all arrangements, considering the needs of fellow practitioners. It didn't take long for us to grow more. We had two groups at first, which quickly increased to five.
Everyone in the group persevered in Fa study. Many fellow practitioners had to work, and their schedules could be very busy. But when it was time to study, they did, even if it meant postponing their dinners, and also studied the Fa with their children - little fellow practitioners.
With the elevation of xinxing, everyone's family environment also improved. We paid particular attention to safety issues. Over the years, everyone walked solidly and steadily on the path of cultivation, and no one was persecuted.
After the New Year, one fellow practitioner suggested that we should memorize the book Zhuan Falun,and everyone agreed. We memorized five paragraphs per week, and when we gathered on the weekend, we worked on memorizing together.
We have been persistent in memorizing the Fa, and are now on Lecture Four. This memorizing proved to be difficult at first, and many of us would forget from day to day. But now we all enjoy it, and it has become much smoother.
Fa study is not just formality for us. We try our best to understand the Fa and measure up. During the years of our group Fa study, everyone has been improving. We've become more diligent, cooperate harmoniously, and everyone is able to search within whenever a conflict surfaces, so problems are quickly resolved. More time is spent on cultivating well individually and saving sentient beings. We've become an inseparable group. We hope that other Fa study groups can persevere like we have, and accommodate well the cultivation environment provided by Master, so that more and more fellow practitioners can participate and do well.
