(Minghui.org) During this time of the 2014 Chinese New Year, many people in China have sent greetings to revered Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa, even though they are not Dafa practitioners themselves.
These supporters range from a 6-year-old child to an 81-year-old lady. Because their family members practice Falun Dafa, they've come to understand the facts about Dafa and know firsthand that Dafa is great. As a result, many have experienced miraculous benefits, such as having illnesses, including severe ones, cured without treatment.
Many people have decided to quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations to distance themselves from the senseless persecution being carried out by the regime. They expressed hope that the persecution would end soon.
Many also said that they now have the software to break through the Internet firewall set up by the regime, so they can get objective information from overseas.
In these greetings, they wrote that they would continue to support Falun Dafa and help practitioners.
The well-wishers hail from the following areas: Dazhou City in Sichuan Province; Weifang City, Zhucheng City, and Yantai City in Shangdong Province; Baoding City in Hebei Province; a forestry bureau and Jiamusi City in Heilongjiang Province; Shanghai; Fushun City and Dandong City in Liaoning Province; Chenzhou City in Hunan Province; Baotou City in Inner Mongolia; Ganzhou City in Jiangxi Province; Deyang City in Sichuan Province; Yiwu City in Zhejiang Province; Binhai Development Area; and several cities in Tianjin.
Here are a few examples of the stories they have shared in their greetings:
A gentleman in Weifang City, Shandong Province, had esophageal cancer. He had had two surgeries, but his health still deteriorated. His doctor could not see any hope and told his family to prepare for his funeral. He then met some Dafa practitioners and learned the facts about the practice. He began to support practitioners as best he could, as well as to tell others that Falun Dafa is good, because it teachers people to follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. His cancer has miraculously disappeared, and he is now in good health. He is very thankful and wishes Master Li a Happy New Year.
Another person in Shandong Province wrote in her greeting: “I used to have leukemia, a disease nearly impossible to cure. Practitioners told me the facts about Falun Dafa and gave me Master Li’s audio lectures. My health improved rapidly after listening to them, and the leukemia has now disappeared. The doctor was very surprised and could not explain how my illness could have been cured. I am very grateful to Master for saving me!”
One person was once involved in persecuting five practitioners. After receiving and reading numerous letters that clarified the facts about Dafa and called for the end of the persecution, he finally understood the truth and decided to no longer side with the authorities. He sincerely apologized for his wrongdoing and wished those practitioners well. He also expressed hope that the persecution would end soon.
A fast-food restaurant owner in Deyang City, Sichuan Province, learned from his father that Falun Dafa is great. He also tries to follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, even though he is not a Dafa practitioner. Although many of his friends in the industry often add questionable additives to the food, including some that are harmful, to increase their profits, he refuses to, wanting, as Dafa teaches, to be a better person.
