An attorney from Beijing has accepted the case.

Prosecutor Presented Obviously False Information
The Wu'an City Court held a third trial for Ms. Wang on December 6, 2013. The defense counsel gave a sound rebuttal concerning the fabricated evidence provided by the prosecutor, which including hearsay, false evidence, and false testimony. Judge Sun Daoqing constantly interrupted the defense attorney.
The public prosecutors were Yu Weiping from Wu'an City Procuratorate and a female who did not want to reveal her name. They submitted a document “Wang Aiying's Responses to the Questions by Handan City Intermediate Court.” Ms. Wang denied ever answering such a questionnaire.
The public prosecutor also showed a copy a purported testimony from Ms. Wang Aiying's husband, Wang Hongliang. Mr. Wang Hongliang, who was sitting in the courtroom, declared, “I never said those words, nor have I ever signed such a document.” He asked for verification of the signature.
For another piece of evidence presented by the prosecutor, the defense lawyer asked the judge to ask the witness who gave her the written material. Judge Sun deliberately avoided the query and loudly interrupted the lawyer.
When the public prosecutor presented further blatantly false evidence, judge Sun actively supported the prosecutor and let the hearing drag on for over four hours. Although the trial was recessed several times, the prosecutor kept asking to call the Procuratorate for further instructions.
At least 50 went to the courthouse and applied to attend the hearing, but Wu'an City Court only allowed 15 friends and relatives to attend. Those who could not enter the courtroom waited outside until 8 p.m. when the proceedings ended.
Case History
Zhang Lihua, captain of the National Security Team of Wu'an City Police Station in Hebei Province; He Xubing; Zhang Aibin, the political instructor of the Chengguan Township Police Station; and others took Ms. Wang Aiying and her husband Mr. Wang Hongliang to the Wu'an City Detention Center around 6 a.m. on June 1, 2011.
They confiscated much of their personal property and 14,900 yuan in cash. Zhao Po and Yu Weiping from the Wu'an Procuratorate Prosecution Bureau prepared false evidence to charge Ms. Wang and her husband, including oral confessions.
Without informing the lawyer or the family, Chen Jianguo, the judge of the No. 1 Criminal Court of Wu'an City Court, secretly sentenced the couple in February 2012. Their family learned of the sentences on March 2, 2012: Ms. Wang was sentenced to four years and her husband to three years.
Since it is not wrong to practice Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, the couple appealed to Handan City Intermediate Court, who returned the case to Wu'an City Court in September 2012, saying that the information on the case was not clear.
The Wu'an City Court granted Wu'an Procuratorate permission to withdraw the case in January 2013. The Wu'an City Procuratorate closed Mr. Wang's case on February 2, 2013, and allowed him to be released on bail, but they refused to release his wife. They worked with the Chengguan Police Station in Wu'an City to acquire false evidence to charge Ms. Wang. They sent her case to Wu'an City Court.
The Wu'an City Court tried Ms. Wang a second time on March 1, 2013. They sentenced her to three years on March 18, 2013. She appealed again to the Intermediate Court of Handan City, who then returned the case to Wu'an City Court in early September 2013, requiring them to have a re-trial.
Ms. Wang was tried a third by in Wu'an City Court at 4 p.m. on December 6, 2013. A court official went to Handan City No. 1 Detention Center to deliver the verdict sentencing her to three years in prison on January 10, 2014. Ms. Wang appealed again. She had already been detained there for two years and seven months.
Entire Family Suffered Persecution
Ms. Wang's entire family has suffered the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP's) persecution. Her father-in-law, Wang Yuming, was arrested by Bei'anle Police Station in 2001 for writing Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. He was later sentenced to four years by the Wu'an City Court.
Ms. Wang's husband, Wang Hongliang, was arrested by Bei'anle Police Station officers in 2001 for posting Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. He was later sentenced to one year of forced labor by Wu'an City Public Security Bureau.
Ms. Wang went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong in October 2011 and was sentenced to three years of forced labor by Wu'an City Public Security Bureau.
