(Minghui.org) I recently noticed that while studying the Fa or doing the exercises, I always became anxious to do certain things, such as visiting websites, writing an article or clarifying the truth.
Through looking inwards, I realized that this could be caused by an attachment to doing things. In order to persist in studying the Fa, I had to endure some hardship to eliminate all kinds of human notions. Even though I was doing things for Dafa, it was still an attachment.
If I failed to overcome this attachment, I might put down the books or stop doing the exercises, which would affect my cultivation. Afterwords, I tried to look inwards and hold back this attachment while studying the Fa and doing the exercises. By removing the attachment more and more, my mind has become more and more peaceful.
