(Minghui.org) Our market day was on August 7, 2004. I had prepared informational materials about Falun Gong and the persecution. I was just about to go to the market to clarify the facts, when someone knocked at the door. I hid the materials, went out to the yard, and asked who it was. Someone answered, “The police.” I thought, “It is time to change. Now the police are in a hurry to learn the facts about Falun Gong.”
I opened the door and three officers entered. The tall one told me that they had been looking for me and asked whether I still practiced Falun Gong. I told them that Falun Gong is good and I am still practicing.
I asked them to follow me to the living room. I told them how I benefited from practicing Falun Gong, especially that my illnesses, including high blood pressure and heart disease, had disappeared. I listed facts and told them that so many people from all walks of life practice Falun Gong.
I said, “Near the end of the Cultural Revolution, many people in China practiced qigong. Why does only Falun Gong still exist, even though Jiang Zemin declared that he would 'eradicate Falun Gong in three months?' Fifteen years have passed, yet more people are practicing Falun Gong here and in over a hundred countries worldwide. Look at Jiang's cronies. Those who have done bad things are now being punished.”

“Benefit does not only mean in the physical and material sense, it also means the improvement of one's virtue. For example, my husband is a bus driver. A few days ago, in the evening when every passenger had left, my husband found a purse on the bus with over 20,000 yuan in cash inside. He found the owner and returned the purse and the money to her. She was very thankful. My husband said, “My wife practices Falun Gong and told me that if I do good things, I will be rewarded. I do not practice Falun Gong, but I do things according to what the Master of Falun Gong teaches. You should thank Master Li Hongzhi for this.”
The tall officer asked, “Is Falun Gong really that good?” I replied, “Yes, it is. Why else would so many people practice Falun Gong? Except for Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), other countries support Falun Gong. Master has been recognized with over 1,000 awards worldwide.” Then I told them about the CCP-staged “self-immolation” on Tiananmen Square and explained the discrepancies.
They snorted in disgust as I explained, and I asked, “Isn't that right?” They nodded. I showed them pictures of practitioners around the world participating in parades with banners that said, “Bring Jiang Zemin to justice,” “Stop harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners,” “Falun Gong is good,” and “The heavens will destroy the CCP.”
The police stayed for about 40 minutes, while I constantly clarified the facts to them. When they were about to leave, I gave them the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, Shen Yun DVDs, and informational materials. I asked them to quit the CCP and gave them pseudonyms to quit with. I said, “If you want, I can help you to quit the CCP on the Epoch Times website.” They nodded, smiled, and then left.
The tall officer said, “Falun Gong practitioners are great! We came here to re-educate you, but you re-educated us instead.”
