(Minghui.org) Several Falun Dafa practitioners came to our village to introduce the practice in 1999. I didn’t know which qigong they were practicing at that time. I went to the park where they were doing the exercises and tried to follow their movements. When they raised their hands above their heads, I raised mine too. After a short while, I couldn’t keep my arms in that position, but none of the Falun Dafa practitioners put their arms down. So I endured and held on, although I was sweating profusely by the time we finished the exercise. That is how I became a Falun Dafa practitioner. I didn’t know about its health benefits until I experienced that for myself.
Breast Cancer Cured
I had suffered from breast cancer in the past. After years of medical treatment, my breasts still festered badly.
Shortly after I started to practice Falun Dafa, my breasts were healed. Over the past two decades the cancer has never recurred. All of my other diseases have been cured as well. Being free of illness, I feel very relieved. Falun Dafa is so amazing that I am committed to this cultivation practice no matter what I might encounter in life.
Unfortunately, the Chinese Communist Party launched a persecution campaign against Falun Dafa in 1999. The police came to my home and told me that it was forbidden to practice Falun Dafa. I said, “I will practice Falun Dafa no matter what. You cannot stop me even if you take my life. I would have been dead already if I didn’t practice. Falun Dafa saved me from cancer.”
Lung Cancer Cured
A fellow villager had lung cancer. She lost all her hair after chemotherapy. She heard that I'd recovered from breast cancer, so she visited me and asked about my healing experience.
I thought she must be destined to be saved by Falun Dafa, and I told her about the wonders of this great practice. She was very interested and so I told her about the special words: “Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
I said, “Only if you say these words sincerely, will it cure your cancer.”
My husband echoed, “You have to be very sincere. And you should always keep it in mind, rather than saying it only when you are not feeling well and forgetting it when you’re well.” She said, “I understand.”
I also gave her some Falun Dafa materials and an amulet. Her cancer was cured soon after.
Lupus Erythematosus Cured
Another fellow villager had lupus erythematosus. There is no cure for this disease. I was out of town when I heard about this woman’s illness. I wanted to visit her, and bought a ticket to travel back to my village.
It was scary when I first saw her. Due to side effect of the hormone treatment, her body was twice as big as it normally was. She was lying in bed as she couldn’t walk. It seemed as if the skin of her face would crack upon just a gentle touch. She couldn’t open her mouth by herself. To help her take medicine, her husband had to open her mouth with his hands. He was very patient and never gave up on her. He believed she could recover even when other family members were preparing for the worst.
I asked the woman if she had any misconceptions against Falun Dafa. She told me she didn’t. I talked about the beauty of Falun Dafa and many miraculous stories on its healing effect. I told the couple to recite the special words.
She said that she would recite these words. She believed in Buddha and could comprehend divine salvation.
The second time I visited this woman, she was much better and more energetic. I encouraged her to maintain strong faith and said, “The key is a sincere heart.” She felt confident. I gave her some Falun Dafa materials and an amulet. She was very happy with this.
The third time I visited my fellow villager, she was able to get out of bed and walk. Now, she can even do housework. She said, “Falun Dafa is truly amazing. I didn’t think I could survive. Thank you, Falun Dafa!”
