(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioner L was arrested while clarifying the truth to people in a market and she was sent to a detention center. L did not cooperate and shouted along the way, “Falun Dafa is good,” “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and “Heaven will annihilate the CCP.” The police became very angry and threatened to sentence her to a year and a half of forced labor. Under Teacher's blessing and fellow practitioners' righteous thoughts, however, she was released without signing any documents. Admission agents at the labor camp told her: “Your righteous thoughts are strong and you won’t be going to the labor camp.”
When other practitioners heard that practitioner L had been arrested, they all agreed that the old forces were taking advantage of her loopholes. Even though L had a gap that she should have cultivated away, practitioners agreed that they shouldn't accept the old forces' excuse to persecute her. When the understanding of this Fa principle became clear to the practitioners, they knew that they needed to go to the vicinity of the police station immediately to send forth righteous thoughts. They also needed to notify L’s family to go to the police station to ask for her release. Practitioners wrote to the Minghui/ Clearwisdom website right away to expose the evil persecution.
Some practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts at home, some went to the vicinity of the police station, and others went to the detention center to send righteous thoughts. As more and more practitioners joined in, it formed a powerful righteous field.
Because L’s husband wasn't a practitioner, there was some difficulty in notifying the practitioner's family. Practitioners usually weren't allowed to visit her so they needed the help of the family. Practitioners cleared their own fields by looking within, sent forth righteous thoughts to remove interference, and asked for Teacher's blessing before they went to visit the family. When they told L’s husband about the arrest of his wife they explained to him that she had not done anything wrong. The family was told about other practitioners who had been successfully rescued. The husband was moved by what he had heard and said he would go to the police station to ask for the release of his wife that day. Practitioners went with the husband to notify L’s sisters and brother and in-law's. They said that they would not tolerate the arrest, and seemed very determined.
Asking for the release of the practitioner was a process of clarifying the truth. When the family asked the police to release her, they told the police that she was a good person. They asked the police why they were persecuting her. What legal basis did they have to do such a thing? The police took out the “security regulations,” and read the section concerning dealing with cults. The family pointed out that there wasn't any evidence to prove that Falun Gong was a cult. The police immediately took out a newspaper, which contained a document called the “Two Explanations.” The family stated that the newspaper article wasn't an official document used to define the law. The “Two Explanations” was part of a law enforcement unit and not a legislative document. When confronted, the police fell silent and did not know what to say. Finally they replied: “She will be released in a few days.” The police realized that the “security regulations” and the “Two Explanations” did not fool or scare anyone.
A few days later, the family went to the police station again to ask for her release. The police lied about the whereabouts of the officers handling the case. The family was told that the officers handling the case were out on another job or at the hospital. The police kept the family occupied while they were transferring the practitioner to a detention center. The police chief placated the family by telling them that L was a good person and Falun Gong practitioners were good people. He also said that the things they found in her bag were not a problem. The family was also told that she was too stubborn and that if she would stop practicing Falun Gong, she would be released in fifteen days. While the police tried to transform practitioner L, they were secretly making arrangements to send her to a labor camp. Meanwhile, the family was arguing for her release. The deputy director told them, “L has been sentenced to serve forced labor and I have no obligation to explain anything about this to you. You can sue me!” The family asked the deputy director on what basis she was sentenced to serve forced labor. As more and more of a crowd gathered around and learned the truth, many people sympathized with the family. Some people said that public security was evil and didn't allow people to talk!
The police chief took the sentencing document to the city. The officer in the city refused to sign it and the labor camp also refused to accept her. The person from the labor camp said to L: “Your righteous thoughts are very strong, you won't be put in a labor camp.” We all knew that Teacher had helped us because when practitioners attain the standard of Dafa, the evil is disintegrated. Under Teacher's care, L was released without signing any documents.
L, her family, and fellow practitioners worked in cooperation with righteous thoughts and righteous actions. With firm belief in Teacher and Dafa, the scheme to send L to a labor camp failed.
